Through a rebranding from Across Asia Assist (AA) Indonesia, which has been acquired in 2022 "HealthMetrics Indonesia is ready to be a strategic link between companies, insurance, and providers of health services in one digital ecosystem.
Through this rebranding, HealthMetrics Indonesia will bring three superior HealthMetrics products, including the HealthMetrics Cloud Platform, Global Member App, and the International Assistant Hub.
HealthMetrics Cloud Platform, a cloud-based system that allows companies and insurance providers to manage health services efficiently and measurably.
With features like instant member registration, artificial intelligence (AI)-based claim process, fraud detection, and real-time data analysis, the platform helps HR teams and management make better decisions.
Furthermore, Global Member App, an application designed to provide convenience for users in accessing various insurance policies, filing claims and guarantee letters, and connecting with global health services.

Madan also said that this launch was also an important step in supporting the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045, especially in building an efficient and global competitive national health care system.
