Early Childhood Women's Footballer Training In Kudus For JSSL Preparation

JAKARTA The MilkLife Shakers (U-12) and HydroPlus Strikers (U-14) teams underwent a training camp at the Supersoccer Arena, Kudus, Central Java, to finalize preparations for the JSSL Singapore 7's 2025 event.

The exercise was attended by 24 players and took place from 6 to 14 April 2025 under the direction of coach Timo Scheunemann.

The players in these two teams are the best choice from the MilkLife Soccer Challenge event which will be held in eight cities throughout 2024.

In addition to presenting a number of programs during training, Timo also led his team to compete with the men's team which aims to hone the mentality and increase the acceleration of the players.

"There will be a triangular exercise or like a trofeo match with the U-11 men's team. The training time is very short and this is a challenge to train two teams at once before leaving for Singapore," Timo said in a statement received.

Timo as head coach of MilkLife Shakers and HydroPlus Strikers assisted by coaches, such as Asep Sunarya as assistant coach, Maya Susmita as assistant coach of U-12, Yayat Hidayat as assistant coach of the U-14, and Edi Supriyanto as team manager.

Timo said that he would try to make the two teams optimally and combine all players with the best positions in order to create the best composition in each team.

"Certainly we are preparing an attacking pattern and it must be solid and systematic in defense. Then, during the training we also finish the technique of individual abilities because if we practice patterns, for example, the bait or control of the ball is not right, of course it is difficult to practice patterns," he said.

JSSL Singapore 7's 2025 is predicted to be the biggest tournament in Asia. This will be the first experience of a player who graduated from the MilkLife Soccer Challenge program to experience tournaments at the international level.

Timo said that there was no target burden on his team. He said that the most important thing was that players could play as much as possible and enjoy the match.

"We want to know what their strengths are and whether their quality is reliable is not for future seeds."

"So, the burden is not winning or winning, but how can we make them big stars," he said.

JSSL Singapore 7's is an Asian primary youth football competition featuring young talents from more than 450 teams over 17 countries. Each team will start the journey from the group phase which lasts for three days.

Later the top four teams in each group will qualify for the knockout phase to fight for the championship trophy on the last day.
