IPhone 16 Series Officially Sold In Indonesia, This Is The Price
JAKARTA The iPhone 16 series is now officially available in Indonesia, according to the launch date Apple promised previously. This launch was not only welcomed by the public, but also by Apple officials.
Apple's Senior Marketing Vice President, Greg Joswiak, through a post on platform X, announced that the iPhone 16 lineup can be purchased directly in Indonesia. Not only the standard iPhone 16 and Pro, but also type E which was released in February 2025.
"We are very happy that our customers in Indonesia can now feel the iPhone 16 lineup," Greg said on Friday, April 11. "Tibat life throughout the day, the best performance in his class, and an amazing camera system make the iPhone 16 the most sophisticated of us."
The launch of the iPhone 16 series in Indonesia did not run smoothly for Apple. For more than six months, Apple has struggled to meet the Domestic Component Level (TDKN) and Postel, even though this certification has been regulated in the law (UU).
Although it took more than half a year, Apple finally managed to meet the value of TDKN by 40 percent by investing in the local technology ecosystem. The investment follows the three-scheme rule, which amounted to 160 million US dollars (Rp 2.6 trillion).
The iPhone 16 series can be purchased in various official distributors, such as Digimap, iBox, Erafone, and others. This device can also be purchased offline or online. If you are interested in buying your cellphone, here is the information on the price of the iPhone 16 lineup.
