Hotel InJourney Hospitality Residential Rate Increases 4.1 Percent In The 2025 Eid Holiday Period

PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (InJourney Hospitality), as part of PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (InJourney) recorded an increase in room occupancy by 4.1 percent during the Eid Al-Fitr moment, compared to the same period in 2024.

Meanwhile, PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (InJourney Hospitality) currently manages 13 hotels. The hotels with the highest occupancy rates include Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel, Damage Nusa Dua, The Meru Sanur, Boutique Hotel, and The Manohara Yogyakarta.

President Director of InJourney Hospitality, Christine Hutabarat said, this year's Eid holiday has made a positive contribution to the performance of all InJourney Hospitality hotel units.

Chtisticine said the increase in hotel occupancy rates under the auspices of InJourney Hospitality was driven by increased tourist traffic, service improvements, and the provision of quality hotel facilities, thus becoming a magnet for public visits to celebrate the moment of Eid with InJourney Hospitality.

In detail, Christine said the peak of tourist visits to InJourney Hospitality hotels occurred on the third day of Eid al-Fitr, namely on April 2, 2025, with occupancy rates reaching 83 percent and total rooms selling 3,858 units.

At the peak of this holiday, he continued, all InJourney Hospitality hotel clusters showed a significant increase, with the highest average occupancy rate in the Java Cluster reaching 91.7 percent, and followed by the Sumatra Cluster at 86.5 percent.

Then, the Bali Cluster was 80.2 percent and the Kalimantan Cluster was 70.2 percent, the Nusa Tenggara and Sulawesi clusters also experienced positive growth, "he said.

On a consolidation basis for the period from March 28 to April 5, 2025, the Bali Cluster recorded the highest average occupancy rate of 73.1 percent, led by Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel, Damage Nusa Dua, and The Meru Sanur.

Then followed by the Java region with an average occupancy rate of 69.8 percent.

The highest occupancy rate is the Boutique Hotel Yogyakarta.

In the Sumatra Cluster, Khas Ombilin recorded the highest occupancy rate, while the Nusa Tenggara Cluster was led by Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo.

"The Kalimantan and Sulawesi clusters also show positive performance, with the highest occupancy rate Yulia Hotel Gorontalo," he said.

Not only in terms of occupancy, continued Christine, the Food & Beverage (F&B) line also shows encouraging revenue growth compared to the previous year.

"This increase is supported by the high consumption of guests, the right promotional strategy, and the increase in tourist visits," he said.
