Serve Customers On Eid Holidays, Bank DKI Implements Limited Operations

JAKARTA - As a form of Bank DKI's services to the needs of the community in conducting banking transactions, Bank DKI implements limited service operations during collective leave and national holidays according to government regulations.

Bank DKI conveyed an operational schedule during the Lebaran 2025 holiday period to provide convenience and smoothness for customers in conducting banking transactions.

Bank DKI implemented limited operational services on March 31, 2025, April 1-5, 2025, and April 7, 2025 at the location of the Branch Office which has been determined along with its operating hours. The limited services that can be done include account opening, withdraw/deposit cash, transfer between accounts of Bank DKI, and handling customer complaints.

Bank DKI has also prepared ATM services that continue to operate during the national holiday period and leave with Eid al-Fitr. Bank DKI's ATM network continues to operate and can be used for various transactions, including cash withdrawals.

For information, Bank DKI has a total of 750 ATM units operating and spread across various points in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, including the Kelurahan and Subdistrict offices, shopping centers, stations, terminals, and other public locations.

In addition, along with the expansion of office service networks in several other big cities, Bank DKI also has an ATM network located in several major cities outside Jakarta, including Bandung, Semarang Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, to Lampung.

Regarding system maintenance, Bank DKI said that the maintenance of the system was carried out with the aim of increasing reliability and strengthening the security of the system owned.

Bank DKI said that currently it is making its best efforts to immediately complete the process of maintaining the system.
