Note! These Are 9 Parking Bags For Congregations Who Pray Eid 1446 H Tomorrow At The Istiqlal Mosque

JAKARTA - The Istiqlal Mosque, Central Jakarta, provides nine parking bags to facilitate pilgrims who perform Eid al-Fitr 1446 H prayers on Monday, March 31.

"For pilgrims who come to carry vehicles, they can park their vehicles in the nine places that have been provided," said Head of the Education and Training Division of the Istiqlal Mosque Management Agency (BPMI) Istiqlal Mulawarman Hannase in Jakarta, Antara, Sunday, March 30.

The following is the parking area provided for the Eid prayer congregation at the Istiqlal Mosque tomorrow:

1. The basement parking area of the Istiqlal B1 and B2 Mosques (can accommodate 600 cars),

2. Pertamina parking area (400 cars),

3. Parking area of the Ministry of Religion (150 to 200 cars),

4. Banteng Field parking area (200 cars),

5. Cathedral Church parking area (200 motorbikes),

6. Post office parking area (200 cars),

7. Santa Ursula and Santa Maria parking area (200 cars),

8. Jakarta Arts Building (50 cars),

9. Parking area behind the TNI AD Building (100 cars).

There are several access gates for Istiqlal Mosque congregants who will hold Eid prayers tomorrow.

First, through gate 2 Al-Ghaffar from the direction of Jalan Perwira, gate 3 Al-Aziz, gate 4 Al-Jabbar from the direction of Lapangan Banteng, gate 5 Al-Fattah from the direction of the Cathedral Church, and gate 6 Al-Mukmin from the direction of Gambir Station, Pasar Baru, and its surroundings.

The implementation of the 1446 H Eid Al-Fitr prayer can be followed by the wider community and starts at 07.00 WIB. Khatib who is on duty is Professor of the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Ahmad Tholabi Kharlie, with the theme "Caring for Kemarbran Fasting".

In order to maintain a more solemn 1446 H Eid prayer, the Istiqlal Mosque manager appealed to the public to maintain order and comfort in the Istiqlal Mosque environment.

The manager of the mosque also appealed to the congregation to arrive early. In addition, pilgrims are also advised to wear polite clothes, carry personal prayer tools and bases, bring plastic bags for personal sandals or shoes, and bring necessities.

Congregants are also advised to maintain luggage anywhere and anytime, as well as to maintain cleanliness, security, and comfort of worship.
