DKI Manpower And Transmigration Office Ensures Hotel Employees In South Jakarta Get THR

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Disnakertransgi) ensures that hotel employees in the Kebayoran Lama area, South Jakarta, receive holiday allowances (THR).

"We appreciate the hotel management for paying religious THR for approximately 70 employees and 15 experts according to the provisions," said Head of the Manpower Supervision Division of the DKI Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Office, Titin Saptini in a statement in Jakarta, Friday.

Titin said, based on the results of the sudden inspection (sidak) it was stated that the hotel had no delay in payment because it had been transferred to employees.

Then, his party also ensures that the company complies with the Circular (SE) of the Minister of Manpower Number M / 2 / HK.04.00 / III / 2025 concerning the Implementation of the 2025 Religious THR Provision.

He said that the company must obey the rules by paying THR according to regulations, namely one time the salary for workers with a working period of more than one year and proportional payments for those who work under one year.

"To continue to ensure that the THR is running optimally, we will continue to serve all forms of THR complaints up to D+7 Lebaran," he said.

Meanwhile, a hotel employee, Hermansyah, confirmed that he had received THR payments since March 15, 2025.

The THR is used to shop for Eid needs to go home to their hometowns.

"I thank the company that has paid the THR according to the applicable regulations. Then, to the Nakertransgi Service, I also appreciate it because it has carried out routine THR monitoring," he said.
