IPCC Records Net Profit Of IDR 212.22 Billion In 2024

JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk (IPCC) posted a net profit of IDR 212.22 billion until December 31, 2024, an increase of 11.19 percent compared to last year's IDR 190.85 billion supported by the transformation of commercial and operational aspects as well as standardization and digitization of various supporting lines of the Company.

IPCC managed to reap revenue of IDR 824.60 billion, an increase of 12.16 percent compared to last year's achievement of IDR 735.20 billion.

Meanwhile, Tanjung Priok as a revenue contributor of 91.09 percent or equivalent to Rp757.77 billion was followed by the IPCC Satellite Terminal in various parts of Indonesia which contributed 8.76 percent equivalent to Rp66.34 billion in Belawan, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Makassar and Banjarmasin which had just been operated as of October 1, 2024.

In addition, when viewed from revenue per type of cargo, CBU contributed the largest portion of revenue with Rp. 613.61 billion or around 74.79 percent, while for heavy equipment and bus/truck income, Rp. 80.45 billion and Rp. 90.10 billion, or around 9.76 percent and 10.93 percent of overall income, respectively.

Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management of IPCC Wing Megantoro said that her party is committed to always providing the best service in terms of security, safety and handling of all cargo served by the Company.

Wing explained that in 2024, the Company succeeded in implementing a new business pattern, namely the implementation of single billing.

IPCC also recorded an increase in total assets of 3.49 percent from IDR 1.78 trillion in 2023 to IDR 1.85 trillion at the end of 2024 where the increase was due to an increase in IPCC Cash and Treasury Equivalents reaching IDR 810 billion, which increased by 20.92 percent.

"Various efforts have been made by the company to create value added from each service provided, especially in terms of finance, such as cost efficiency that is not directly related to income and the use of an integrated payment system through digitalization such as PRAYA which allows service users to know bills for real-time IPCC services, reduce face-to-face processes and reduce Corporate Average collection Period," he said in a written statement, Thursday, March 27.

Wing explained that in order to become a terminal for vehicles that have advantages in terms of service so that they become the top of the mind of service users, IPCC applies Indonesia's National Standards as a baseline where in 2024, the National Standardization Agency (BSN) will award the bronze category.

"In addition, to ensure that every strategic plan of the company is carried out under the rules of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the IPCC also implements risk management-based governance which in its implementation gets prestigious at the ASEAN level, namely the Runner UP ASEAN Risk Champion Category 1 at the ASEAN Risk Award 2024 which is located in Bangkok, Thailand," said Wing.

IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi said that his party was grateful and gave the highest appreciation to Customers, Vendors, IPCC Teams, Shareholders/Investors and Stakeholders for this extraordinary achievement and did not forget their support and trust in the IPCC.

Throughout 2024, IPCC has succeeded in expanding services through additional capacity through PDC, integration of logistics services, addition of satellite terminals and application of new business patterns," concluded Sugeng.

In 2025, Sugeng conveyed that the IPCC business strategy will be continued by adjusting the company's holding strategy and plan which is engaged in the multi-terminal (vehicle logistics ecosystem) sector, by continuing to expand its business both organic and inorganic.

According to him, the IPCC will continue to strengthen the operational and digitalization side, one of which has been carried out, namely the Go-Live PTOS-C application at the international terminal which aims to integrate services and combine operating patterns with the latest technology, said Bagus Dwipoyono, Technical and Operational Director.

"In order to improve operational services that focus on customer satisfaction, ensure the readiness of operational teams, work safety, sustainable transformation by implementing work principles of 3 No, namely no cause defect, no accept defect, no continuies defect," concluded Bagus.

IPCC Corporate Secretary Endah Dwi Liesly added, in addition to the increase in financial performance, the dynamic footprint of the IPCC business sector also pays attention to environmental, social and corporate governance elements that are sustainable in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals.

"The management of the IPCC ESG continues to increase, which is indicated by the acquisition of an award, one of which is the ESG Award for the Gold Star Award Small Cap Category from the Investor Trust," he said.

Endah conveyed that the IPCC prioritizes environmentally friendly principles through a commitment to use alternative fuel with RON 92 from each environmentally friendly operating support tool to reduce carbon emissions as a form of reducing negative impacts due to residual fuel.

In terms of social and environmental responsibility (TJSL), in 2024 IPCC will continue to support priority programs in the environmental sector through conservation of marine biota and ecosystems such as planting 8,100 seeds of 1,000 mangrove trees in Central Kalimantan Province.

In addition, IPCC also encourages Micro, Small Enterprises (MSMEs) through the Strong MSME program in the Kalibaru Village area as well as the development and training of weaving and woven products in Eastern Indonesia.
