Build Social And Togetherness Concerns, GIS With The Ministry Of SOEs Presents Friends For Ramadan Actions

JAKARTA - The Ministry of SOEs together with SOEs held a Sobat Aksi Ramadan program in a number of regions in Indonesia. The program, which is filled with environmental cleaning activities and the provision of assistance, is a form of real concern for the community in order to spread its benefits in the month of Ramadan.

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) as the person in charge of the Central Java and East Java regions held a Sobat Aksi Ramadan program at the Nusantara Satu Kudus Foundation on Tuesday, March 18, and the Minhaju Al-Ihtida Situbondo Islamic Boarding School on Thursday, March 20.

The friend of Ramadan Action was initiated by the Ministry of SOEs to strengthen the value of mutual cooperation, concern, and solidarity between SOEs and the community. This program is in line with President Prabowo Subianto's 8th Asta Cita, namely strengthening the harmony of life with the environment, nature, and culture, as well as increasing tolerance between religious believers to achieve a just and prosperous society.

GIS Corporate Secretary, Vita Mahreyni said, SIG is honored to receive the mandate to organize the 2025 Ramadan Action Friends program so that they can come closer to the community. This program is also a momentum for the Company to spread benefits whose impacts can be felt directly by the community.

In organizing the Sobat Aksi Ramadan program in Central Java, SIG together with students from SMK Assaidiyah 2 Kudus who are under the auspices of the Nusantara Satu Kudus Foundation work together to clean the school and boarding school environment. SIG also provides assistance in the form of prayer equipment packages and cleaning equipment to provide comfort during study and worship. In this activity, GIS also had the opportunity to share happiness by giving takjil to the general public.

Meanwhile, at the Minhaju Al-Ihtida Situbondo Islamic Boarding School, apart from beingautified by the cottage area with cleaning and painting activities with students, alumni, and cottage administrators, SIG also provided assistance in the form of basic food packages, as well as compensation and school equipment for orphans.

Secretary of the Nusantara Satu Kudus Foundation, Ahmad Faisol Ashar (33 years) gave his high appreciation for the implementation of the Sobat Aksi Ramadan program which was considered to have fostered the spirit of mutual cooperation for students to maintain cleanliness and sustainability in the school and cottage environment.

"Alhamdulillah, thank you SIG for all forms of assistance, the response from students of students and the surrounding community is very good, proven through their enthusiasm for participating in this clean-up activity from start to finish. Likewise with local residents who also benefit from the distribution of free takjil.
