KPK Receives 689 Gratification Receipt Reports Worth IDR 3.1 Billion In Early 2025
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has received hundreds of reports of receiving gratuities from state officials from January to February 2025. The value is said to have reached Rp3,176,643,372.
"During the first two months of 2025, the KPK has received a total of 689 reports on 774 object of gratification," said KPK Spokesperson Team Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Saturday, March 15.
Budi detailed that in January, the anti-corruption commission had received 348 reports with a total number of 395 gratification objects. Of these, 224 submissions were carried out through the gratification management units (UPG) and 124 were carried out individually.
Meanwhile, in February, continued Budi, 341 reports came in with a total of 379 gratuities objects. "Consisting of 231 reports from UPG and 110 individual reports," he said.
Budi then detailed the 689 reports that came in, 488 came from state officials at the ministry/institutional level; 125 SOEs/BUMD/subsidiaries; and 76 Regional Governments.

Budi reminded state officials to refuse gratuities, including before Eid al-Fitr. This appeal is contained in the Circular Letter of the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Number 7 of 2025 concerning the Prevention and Control of Gratification Related to Hari Raya.
"Through this letter, the KPK reminds ASN and state officials to reject gratuities related to positions and contrary to their obligations or duties, especially in the context of celebrating Eid Al-Fitr 1446 Hijri," he said.
ASN and state administrators, Budi said, are also prohibited from asking for anything from other parties. If they cannot refuse at the first opportunity, they are asked to submit a report no later than 30 working days after the receipt is made.
