Head Of Rajabasa Terminal: 287 Vehicles Already Ramp Check
LAMPUNG - Head of Rajabasa Terminal Lampung said as many as 287 passenger buses had ramp checked to ensure feasibility during the 2025 Eid homecoming flow.
"So far, 287 vehicles have been checked. Of these, 142 are declared feasible for operation," said Head of Rajabasa Lampung Terminal, Marsusi, in Bandarlampung, Antara, Friday, March 14.
Then, he continued, as many as 80 vehicles received warnings, and 65 vehicles were not allowed to operate because there were still many shortages to serve passengers in the homecoming flow.
"This is related to the results of the ramp check of vehicles at the terminal. This activity is also to ensure that this vehicle is healthy and safe and feasible for operation," he said.
He also said that in order to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers, the Rajabasa Terminal also checked the health of bus crews, including drivers and assistants.
"We are working with the Ministry of Health in this health check through the Bandarlampung City Health Office," he said.
Marsusi also said that other preparations for the Rajabasa Terminal in the face of the homecoming flow were completing the revitalization, adding to street lighting, toilets, and postulations.
"Alhamdulillah, overall we are ready to face the 2025 Eid homecoming flow," he said.
He also predicts that the peak of the homecoming flow at Rajabasa Terminal will occur on March 25 and 26 with an increase predicted to reach 8 percent compared to last year.
