Israel Attacks Syrian Damascus Again, Targets Palestinian Militant Command Center

JAKARTA - Israel launched airstrikes against the Syrian capital, Damascus, on Thursday. The attack targeted what Israel said was the command center belonging to the Palestinian militant group, Islamic Jihad, which was used to direct "terrorist activities" against Israel.

The nine-second Bideo, released by the military, recorded an explosion on the edge of the building followed by thick puffs of smoke.

The Israeli military said the command center was used to plan and direct "terrorist activities" by Islamic Jihad against Israel.
