BCA Launches A Number Of Updates To Features On HaloBCA Applications
JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) launched several feature updates in the HaloBCA application, starting from the track status report (Report Status), updating account data and credit card data, as well as developing the Halo BCA Chat service.
The Report Status feature makes it easier for customers to monitor the progress of the reports they have submitted through Halo BCA or branch offices in detail every process. Through an update to the 2.4.1 version of the HaloBCA application, the HaloBCA application will now display a history of the last 30 reports.
Then, if previously the Halo BCA Chat feature could only be able to convey questions related to product and service information, with updates, now customers can make requests (requests) and complaints about the obstacles experienced.
Complaints submitted by customers at Halo BCA Chat will also be automatically recorded in the 'Report Status', making it easier for them to monitor the problem handling process efficiently.
In addition to these features, the haloBCA version 2.4.1 application is also equipped with a change in account data and credit cards feature. Customers can update their data with the following steps:
Especially for changes to the address for sending credit cards, customers need to connect Customer Card Number Credit on the BCA ID personalization menu first.
