Spreading Personal Numbers For Complaints Services, Pertamina Boss Admits Receiving Blasphemy

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Simon Aloysius Mantiri admitted that he received many blasphemy from the community after distributing his personal number as a complaint service.

Simon said the number distributed to the public was a personal number that was taken everywhere and not handled by the admin.

"I always take this cellphone anywhere. This is a personal number, I answer that I don't use admins, so there is a personal touch too," said Simon, quoted on Wednesday, March 12.

Not only blasphemy, continued Simon, there is also appreciation and support as well as complaints regarding the practice of naughty gas stations in various regions. Regarding naughty gas stations, Simon ensures that he will cooperate with Law Enforcement Officials (APH) to be handled immediately so as not to harm the community even more.

With the ongoing legal process, Simon admitted that currently Pertamina is focusing on continuing its business and business by making changes to temporary leadership by appointing a replacement for problematic officials.

In addition, Pertamina is also working with Lemigas and Independent Surveyor and has tested approximately 7,842 gas stations throughout Indonesia.

"As of today, we have tested approximately 30 percent of the 2,457 samples," said Simon.

Previously, Simon shared his personal contacts with the community. This is intended to increase supervision by actively involving the community. This special contact is a complaint service that can be used in addition to Pertamina's call center which has been used so far, 135.

"I will also give my special number at 0814 1708 1945. Currently, receiving an SMS will soon be registered for the WhatsApp application," Simon said at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday, March 3.

Simon explained that his goal was to spread the personal contact so that the public could complain in real time if they found irregularities or situations that were not appropriate related to the quality of Pertamina's fuel in the field.
