The Son Of Rental Boss Satisfied With His Father's Shooting Demanded Life In Prison
JAKARTA - The son of car rental boss Ilyas Abdurrahman, namely Agam Muhammad Nasrudin and Rizky Agam Syahputra, was satisfied with the demands for life imprisonment and was fired from members of the Indonesian Navy during a trial at the Military Court against two defendants in the shooting of his father at the KM45 rest area, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Jayanti, Tangerang Regency, Banten.
"For now, we are quite satisfied with the demands for life," said Agam Muhammad Nasrudin as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, March 10.
Two defendant members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) on behalf of the Head of Classi (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo and First Sergeant Akbar Adli were sentenced to life imprisonment and additional crimes fired from the Indonesian Navy's military service at the Jakarta Military Court II-08 trial, related to the case.
Meanwhile, the defendant three, namely First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan, was charged with a basic sentence of four years in prison for his actions and additional punishment for being fired from the military service of the Indonesian Navy.
"Earlier we heard together that the demands of the military auditor were demands for life. First of all, we appreciate the demands," said Rizky Agam Syahputra.
Rizky said that until now the family will continue to wait for the final decision of the Jakarta Military Court judges as parties who understand more about justice and law.
"We are also from the victim waiting for the final decision from the judge. Because the panel of judges is not only a legal funnel but also a justice funnel for us as victims in this case. We are still waiting," said Rizky.

Meanwhile, Agam Muhammad said, the compensation costs (restitution) read out by the Military Oditur from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta were appropriate as from the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
"For restitution, it was a loss after the incident. We have assessments, we submit them to LPSK and LPSK themselves who calculate everything. For the time being, it is appropriate," said Agam.
Previously, the Military Court also demanded that the three defendants members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) in the case of shooting the car rental boss at the KM45 rest area, the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road to pay compensation (restitution) to the victim.
The defendant, one on behalf of the Head of Classi (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo, paid restitution to the family of the late Ilyas Abdurrahman (rental boss) amounting to Rp209.6 million, while to Ramli's brother, the injured victim was Rp146.4 million.
The second defendant, Sergeant Satu Akbar Adli, was charged with paying restitution of Rp. 147 million to the family of the late Ilyas Abdurrahman and Ramli's family amounting to Rp. 73 million.
Meanwhile, the third defendant, First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan, was required to pay restitution to Ilyas Abdurrahman's family in the amount of Rp. 147 million and Ramli's family in the amount of Rp. 73 million, subsidiary to three months in prison.
Agam emphasized that his party would accept an apology when the case was resolved.
