The Action Of The Former Ngada Police Chief Makes Content Of 3 Children And Sent To Foreign Porn Sites Becomes A New Form Of TIP
The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) considers that the alleged act of creating content and then sending it to foreign pornographic sites by the inactive Ngada Police Chief, AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja against three minors is a new form of human trafficking crime (TPPO).
"This is clearly a very serious criminal act, let alone exploitation and creating content to make money, and this means a new form or other criminal acts of trafficking in persons," said KPAI Chairman Ai Maryati Solihah when contacted by ANTARA from Kupang, Monday, March 10.
This was conveyed in connection with the alleged sexual harassment by the inactive Ngada Police Chief, AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja against three minors aged 14 years, 12 years and three years.
Not only that, the inactive Ngada Police Chief also recorded all his sexual acts, then the video was sent to an Australian porn site.
According to him, TIP is not only related to the act of selling and buying people, but also what the Ngada Police Chief did by sending his video to a porn site and then with the aim of getting other economic benefits, it is still in the TIP.

Meanwhile, Komnas Perempuan Chairman Andy Yentriyani stated that his party strongly condemns the acts of sexual violence committed by the Ngada Police Chief AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja against the child.
"All parties need to ensure that the Law on the Crime of Sexual Violence is applied optimally in the legal process of this case," he said.
