Salesforce Announces 2dx Agentforce, AI Agent Autonomous That Is More Advanced

Salesforce announced the launch of Agentforce 2dx, the latest version of Agentforce, a digital labor platform that presents autonomous and trusted AI agents into the business workflow.

Through this latest release, Agentforce outperforms reactive conversation-based interactions and allows AI agents to work proactively behind the scenes without the need for continuous surveillance.

With this capability, AI agents are claimed to be able to anticipate business needs and take action dynamically, as well as increase efficiency, flexibility, and operational scalability.

"By expanding digital workforce outside of CRM, we make it easier for businesses to integrate AI agents into various applications and workflows to handle routine tasks, support employees, and increase customer interactions," said Adam Evans, EVP and GM of Salesforce's AI Platform.

Agentforce 2dx also presents a series of the latest low-code and pro-code tools for developers Salesforce to configure, test, and implement Agentforce more quickly and easily. Supported with advanced analytics, the team can monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of AI agents in real-time.

To encourage innovation, Salesforce also provides Agentforce Developer Edition, a free environment that allows developers to experiment with the manufacture of AI agents using Agentforce.

In addition, there is also an Agent Exchange, a trusted marketplace for Agentforce, which opens up more opportunities for partners in the global digital labor market, which is supported by the Agentblazer community, a developer collaboration platform, CTO, CIO, and other IT leaders.
