Chile Earthquake, Magnitude 6.3

JAKARTA - An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale rocked Antofagasta, Chile (Chili), on Thursday, March 6 local time. The European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said the earthquake occurred at a depth of 93 km (57.79 miles).

There have been no reports of the impact of the earthquake, including damage or casualties.

Meanwhile, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said the Chile earthquake had a magnitude of 6.1 in San Pedrr de Acatama, El Loa province, Antofagasta.
