BNN Arrests British Caucasians In Bali Receiving Package 1 Kg Of Ecstasy From Hungary
DENPASAR - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Bali Province, arrested a male foreign national (WNA) from England with the initials TP (32) for being involved in a case of international narcotics trafficking in Bali.
Evidence of 1 kilogram or 1055.44 grams net of MDMA or ecstasy was confiscated by BNN after being smuggled through a delivery service from Hungary to Bali.
"The evidence that was secured by narcotics type MDMA weighs 1,055.44 grams net," said Head of BNN Bali Brigadier General Rudy Ahmad Sudrajat, Thursday, March 6.
The disclosure of drug trafficking began on Tuesday, January 21.
At that time, BNNP Bali officers conducted an investigation in the Kerobokan Village area, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, at around 18.45 WITA.
Officers saw the suspect TP with suspicious behavior receiving a package from an online motorcycle taxi driver on the side of Jalan Bucu, Kerobokan Village, Badung.
Furthermore, when approached, the suspect TP looked very panicked and threw away the package he was carrying and fled but was immediately arrested at the villa.
When examined, the package contained MDMA narcotics weighing 1,055.44 grams net.

"And he admitted that it was true that the package was a package sent previously. In addition, one cellphone belonging to the TP was secured," said Rudy.
Currently, officers are still conducting in-depth examinations of TP to find out who is in control of the suspect.
"Indeed, there are those who control it, it's just that communication with the person concerned is still difficult, we are still investigating who the actor is above him," he continued.
