Hutama Karya Pockets IDR 2.4 Trillion Net Profit In 2024
JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) recorded a positive performance in 2024. Based on unaudited financial reports, Hutama Karya managed to record a net profit of IDR 2.4 trillion in 2024.
Hutama Karya President Director Budi Harto said the company also managed to record revenues of IDR 31.07 trillion.
This figure increased 15.37 percent compared to the previous year.
Budi explained that the company's positive performance in 2024 was mainly supported by increased company productivity and efficiency in the cost of revenue, business materials, and running interest expense.
"We report on the company's performance in 2024. The main performance of the work in 2024 shows a positive figure through revenue of IDR 31.07 trillion and a clean price of IDR 2.4 trillion," he said in a hearing (RDP) with Commission VI DPR RI, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 5.
Referring to the exposure data submitted by Budi, Hutama Karya's revenue trend shows stable growth in the last five years.
In 2020, the company recorded revenue of IDR 23.4 trillion with an EBITDA of IDR 2.1 trillion.
However, the company suffered a net loss of IDR 2 trillion.
Meanwhile, in 2021, the company's revenue was recorded to have decreased to IDR 20.5 trillion with EBITDA increasing to IDR 2.9 trillion. However, the company's net loss increased to IDR 2.4 trillion.
In 2022, the company's revenue was recorded to have increased to IDR 24.1 trillion with an EBITDA of IDR 4.1 trillion. Losses recorded by the company also decreased to IDR 400 billion.
Then, this positive trend continued in 2023 where the company managed to record revenues of Rp. 26.9 trillion with EBITDA of Rp. 7.2 trillion. Meanwhile, net profit is recorded at Rp. 1.9 trillion.
In 2024, there was a significant increase in the company's revenue to reach IDR 31.1 trillion. Where EBITDA was recorded at IDR 4.8 trillion and net profit reached IDR 2.4 trillion.
"Hrostically, the company continues to be consistent, committed to restoring financial performance from improving performance every year," said Budi.
Growing Assets
Budi said that Hutama Karya's total assets had also increased since 2020.
In 2020, the company's assets were recorded at IDR 114.1 trillion. In 2021, assets will increase to IDR 132.9 trillion.
Then in 2022, assets were recorded at IDR 156.3 trillion. Then, the company's assets also rose in 2023 to IDR 169.7 trillion.
In 2024, the company's assets will reach IDR 196.38 trillion.
"The main formation of these assets is the investment of the Trans Sumatra toll road until 2024, reaching 1,014.5 km with a total operation of 879.2 km," he said.

During the period 2020 to 2024, continued Budi, the company also managed to work on 215 construction projects.
The project consists of 46 percent of road and bridge projects, 22 percent of buildings, 7 percent of transportation infrastructure, 16 percent of water resources, and others 9 percent.
