Officially Detained, This Is The Reason The Police Detained Nikita Mirzani In The Extortion Case

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary explained the reason why investigators from the Directorate of Cyber Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya finally arrested Nikita Mirzani on suspicion of threats and extortion of cosmetic entrepreneur Reza Gladys.

Kombes Pol Ade Ary said that the evidence submitted was sufficient to detain the mother of three children.

"Investigators conveyed earlier that for objective reasons there is sufficient evidence, there is some evidence and there is evidence, then investigators also have subjective considerations, this is in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code, procedures in the investigation process," said Kombes Pol Ade Ary at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, March 4.

Some of the evidence that was eventually confiscated by the investigators included documents, digital evidence and testimony from witnesses.

"After obtaining sufficient evidence, then there is evidence that has been confiscated, the evidence has documents or letters, we have explained 9 documents before," he continued.

"There are 9 documents, then there is digital evidence, there is a flash drive and also a cellphone, then there is also evidence of digital goods extraction and also five experts in this process," said Kombes Pol Ade Ary.
