New Phase Of Electrification Strategy, Kia Day 2025 Shows EV4 To Concept EV2
The environmentally friendly car segment continues to receive sharp attention from various automotive manufacturers, because it has various benefits not only for users, but also for a better environment.
One manufacturer that is serious about working on the environmentally friendly vehicle segment is Kia, which recently officially features EV4, PV5, and Concept EV2 on EV Day 2025 in Tarragona, Spain.
These three new models represent the latest phase of Kia's bold electrification strategy and illustrate Kia's determination to give new energy to the global EV market. The three models presented further strengthen Kia's leadership in the global electric vehicle market.
Kia President and CEO Ho Sung Song, said Kia remains committed to becoming the world's leading EV brand and provider of sustainable mobility solutions by adding options and improving the experience we offer customers.
"With models like Kia EV4 and the vision shown in Kia Concept EV2, we seek to democratize EV ownership and create benefits from sustainable mobility solutions that are open to everyone," said Ho Sung Song, in an official statement received on Saturday, March 1.
Rows of cars introduced
A total of three models were introduced by this South Korean brand. Starting from EV4, this car highlights Kia's efforts to make electric cars more accessible with more features in class and offers an innovative experience. Meanwhile, for Kia PV5 is the first special model of Kia's new PBV business strategy.
Built on a dedicated platform that presents innovations in hardware, software, customer experience, and manufacturing processes, PV5 plays a key role in advancing and transforming global markets that significantly improve private lives and customer businesses.

Spanish Election
As is known, Kia EV Day 2025 is Kia's second event this year. Kia chose Spain as the location of the event because of the importance of the country in its electrification strategy triggered by the rapid growth of the electric car market in Europe.
At the event, Kia displayed a total of nine vehicles. Concept EV2 is displayed along with four EV4 variants, namely two four-door sedans and two five-door hatchbacks. Then, four PV5 variants describe the flexibility of industrial transformation from Kia's first special PBV model with the 'Kargo' PV5 variant, PV5 'passengers', and PV5 'Wheelchair Access Vehicle' (WAV), as well as PV5 'catch' as a model of superior conversion developed and produced directly by the Geingseng Country brand.
