The Pre-employment Card Program Absorbs A Budget Of IDR 10 Trillion In The First Quarter Of 2021
JAKARTA - The PMO Executive Director for the Pre-Employment Card, Denni Puspa Purbasari, said that as of April 22, the total number of participants for the Pre-Employment Card program had reached 2.7 million. The registered participants are new participants. In fact, the budget prepared was used up in the first quarter of this year.
"To restore the economy, the management of the Prakerja (Pre-employment, ed) Card is asked for optimized, the term is like that. In the first quarter of 2021 we have completely absorbed the IDR 10 trillion budget provided for in 2021," she said in a virtual discussion, Thursday, April 22.
Denni said the IDR 10 trillion budget provided by the government had been successfully disbursed to 2.7 million new recipients, which is different from last year.
Furthermore, Denni said, Pre-employment Card participants are not allowed to join the admission program more than once. These rules are made to create equity for all people who want to take part in the program.

"So it is really equitable to obtain various Pre-Employment Card training. Of the 2.7 million who participated this year, 2.5 million have received incentives," she said.
Denni said that the disbursement of the incentives will be carried out after the Pre-employment Card program participants have completed the training series and have provided reviews and ratings.
Furthermore, Denni said that these reviews and ratings were needed in order to provide an assessment of the quality of the service of the training institutions that were followed in the program. The total budget spent on incentives is IDR 2.5 trillion.
"The incentive value that has been received by 2.5 million is IDR 2.5 trillion, which is certainly expected to move the economy and support their purchasing power," she said.
