YOSOBI Concert In Jakarta Presents Endless Euphoria

J-pop duo YOSOBI again greeted his fans in Indonesia with a full appearance at Istora Senayan, Gelora Bung Karno, Central Jakarta on Wednesday, February 26 evening.

After playing the national anthem Indonesia Raya at 20.08 WIB, Ikura (vocals) and Ayase (keyboards, synthesizers) accompanied by four other musicians appeared on stage by bringing 'Seventeen' as a repertoire opener.

Big energy was felt from the start, not only from the performers on stage, but also from thousands of spectators who filled the room.

"Hello Jakarta," said Iruka, greeted by the screams of the audience which was no less loud.

Then, YOSOBI continued his appearance by bringing 'Shukufuku' and 'UNDEAD'.

This show is like a big choir. At some specific moments, the audience also shouted fanchants, complete with colorful lightsticks in their hands.

The combined energy shown by YOSOBI and the audience made this concert like a big celebration. It's not boring at all, even for those who are not very familiar with Japanese music.

Simple stage artistism is perfectly combined with changing lighting. The varied visualization and shooting on the big screen also make those who sit far from the stage can clearly see the entire excitement of the concert.

Furthermore, YOSOBI performed their best songs which the audience still followed enthusiastically, such as New me, Yuusha, Kauitsu, Mou Sukoshi Dake, Tabung, to IDOL.

About 90 minutes the show took place, without looking bored and tired from the audience's face. They still enjoyed YOSOBI music so much, especially Ikura's relentless appearance running for the stage.

Entering the end of the repertoire, the audience's screams got louder, when the 'HEART BEAT' was heard. They all sang, while those in the festival class were still jumping. YOASOBI also closed their list with a Gunjmen', which was no less lively.

YOSOBI personnel also left the dark stage. Like single concerts in general, fans know very well that there is still encore, almost no spectator can see them leaving the room.

"Encore, encore, encore, encore, encore," shouted the audience for a long time, because YOASOBI was still not back on stage.

When the encore sign arrived, Iruka, who is now wearing more casual clothes, was highlighted by lights, and was seen playing an electric guitar. 'Butai ni Tatte' was also shown. Starting from Iruka's solo appearance which was then followed by the whole band.

Before the show really ended, Ayase expressed her gratitude to the audience who had attended.

"I'm very happy. Thank you," said Ayase.

The song 'Yoru ni Kakeru' was also performed to cover the show. The entire audience sang along from start to finish.

For information, Jakarta is the last city in the YoASOBI Asia Tour 2024-2025 series. Previously, they had visited Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taipei, Shanghai, and Singapore.

Meanwhile, the concert, which was promoted by SOZO and The Sound Project & Co, will still be held once again tonight, Thursday, February 27.
