Good News! KAI Distributes 20 Percent Ticket Discounts For Eid Homecoming 2025

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI will provide a discount on train ticket prices of 20 percent specifically for Eid 2025 transportation.

This discount is a regular promo presented by KAI.

KAI President Director Didiek Hartantyo said this regular promo could be ordered from March 18 to March 19, 2025.

The discount is for departures from March 21 to 23, 2025.

"We will hold this regular promo with a 20 percent discount on March 18 and March 19," he said at a press conference at the Ministry of SOEs, Jakarta, Tuesday, February 25.

Didiek said this ticket discount applies to various travel classes ranging from executives, businesses to the economy.

"The number of seats prepared is 38,000 or adjusted to the number of available seats," he said.

In addition to regular ticket promos, Didiek said KAI will also present a super cheap program through flash sales. This promo will be held on March 18.

"Well, just wait for this flash sale, so we will suddenly make flash sales. First, this is 2,000 tickets, but if necessary we will add more," he said.

Didiek said the flash sale promo applies to purchasing tickets online through the KAI Access application.

He also hopes that with these various promos people can plan their journey better.

"So I hope the community plans to travel well. This is an estimate that we predict, yes, hopefully the train can provide good service, which is comfortable, survivors of course," he said.
