Not Just Reproduction, Sperma Can Also Improve The Atmosphere Of Women's Hearts

JAKARTA - Sperma does not only play a role in the reproductive process, but also contains ingredients that can affect women's moods.

Some studies show sperm contains hormones such as endorphins, serotonin, prolacticine, estrons, and oxytocin which are known to have calming and able to improve mood.

Citing the Health page, a study from the State University of New York in 2002 found that women exposed to sperm directly have a lower risk of depression and tend to have a more stable mood.

In addition, the content of melatonin in sperm can trigger drowsiness because of its role in regulating sleep cycles.

Although there is an assumption that sperm is rich in protein, the fact is that the protein content is very small, only about 1/20 of the total volume of sperm, so it does not provide significant nutritional benefits if swallowed.

In addition to protein, sperm also contains various other substances such as fructose, glucose, sodium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, lactic acid, potassium, sitrates, chloride, and urea.

Several studies have also revealed the potential benefits of sperm for health. For example, a 2003 study showed that women exposed to sperm within a certain period of time before and during pregnancy had a lower risk of developing preeclampsia, a serious condition that could affect pregnant women.

In addition, the antioxidant content such as vitamin C in sperm is believed to help reduce oxidative stress in the body, although this benefit still requires further research to ensure its effectiveness.
