Responding To The Invitation To Withdraw Money From Himbara Bank, LPS Boss Says This!

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) Purbaya Yudhi Sadives opened his voice regarding an invitation to withdraw funds from the bank hebara for the vulnerability of the establishment of the Danantara Investment Management Agency.

Purbaya said that President Prabowo Subianto's statement which emphasized that Danantara could be audited by many parties was actually an affirmation that Danantara was managed transparently.

"There are some positive things that I see. There are many people who doubt it will be transparent or not. But the President's speech said 'can be audited possibly with anyone'," Purbaya told the media crew, Monday, February 24.

Purbaya assessed that this statement related to the audit was the answer to public doubts about the newly inaugurated institution. On the same occasion, Purbaya also said that people do not need to be tempted by invitations to withdraw funds from the Himbara bank.

"No need (to withdraw funds). Earlier because it could be audited with anyone he said. This means that transparency will still be encouraged. So people don't need to withdraw funds from banks," continued Purbaya.

He guarantees that the funds stored in the banking sector are safe because they are guaranteed by the LPS.

"I (LPS) am quite rich in guaranteeing their funds, so there is no need to withdraw funds from the bank. So it's normal for business as usual, because this will be managed professionally and transparently from the speech. Previously, it was confusing," said Purbaya.
