Officially As Governor Of Jakarta, Pramono Was Reminded By Residents Of Kampung Bayam To Fulfill The Promise Of Confiscation Of KSB

JAKARTA - The head of the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group, Muhammad Furqon, reminded Pramono Anung, who is now officially the Governor of DKI Jakarta, to fulfill his promise.

During the 2024 Pilkada campaign period, Pramono promised to provide access to the Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB) residence, located near the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), to residents of Kampung Bayam.

Furqon emphasized that from the beginning it was built in the era of former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, KSB was promised as a residence for the residents of the JIS development eviction.

"It is in accordance with the governor's decision first. What is clear is that Mas Pram has promised to carry out the programs that Mr. Anies made first. Well, we'll wait," Furqon told reporters, Friday, February 21.

"Indeed, it's not asking. That's an obligation. Because the condition is clear that it is the right of the villagers, especially the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group," he added.

Furqon said that he had communicated further with Pramono to realize the promise of KSB as a residence for the residents of Kampung Bayam. However, Furqon understands that Pramono is still focusing on retret activities for the next week.

"This means that what is more important first. So that it is maximized as well, for work on the road of its promise," said Furqon.

During the 2024 Pilkada campaign period, September 26, 2024, Pramono emphasized that he would immediately resolve the problems of the residents of Kampung Bayam and immediately meet the housing needs of the residents who have been promised since the Anies Baswedan era led the Governor of DKI.

"In particular, Bang Doel and I have signed an integrity pact, what is the desire, the hope of the residents of Kampung Bayam if we are given the mandate to become governors and deputy governors, so that the issue of Kampung Bayam is resolved," said Pramono.

Moreover, Pramono emphasized that the Mayor of North Jakarta in June 2022 had issued a decree containing a list of residents of Kampung Bayam as potential residents of Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB).

However, the problem that has prevented the residents of Kampung Bayam from occupying KSB is because they did not find an agreement regarding the rental rate with PT Jakpro as the manager BUMD.
