Strengthening Relations In The Midst Of Turbulence, Russian Foreign Minister Meets Chinese Foreign Minister To Discuss The US To The Ukraine War
JAKARTA - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a meeting with his Chinese partner Wang Yi to discuss various topics, including relations with the United States and the Ukrainian conflict.
The two ministers met on the sidelines of a G20 ministerial meeting in South Africa.
"The parties praised the development of political dialogue and the practical interaction between Russia and China as a stabilizing factor amid the ongoing turmoil in the global system," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
Earlier on Thursday, Russian government agency TASS reported Lavrov said the next meeting with Wang would soon be held in Moscow.
