After Determination Of The Suspect, Tangerang Regency DPMPD Asks The Head Of Sub-district To Immediately Appoint The Acting Head Of Kohod Village

TANGERANG - Head of the Tangerang Regency Community and Village Government Empowerment Service (DPMPD), Yayat Rohiman, admitted that until now he had not received a letter from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police regarding the determination of the suspects for the Village Ship (Kades), Arsin and Village Secretary (Sekdes), Kohod, Ujang Karta.

"The letter, I have not received it," Yayat said when confirmed, Thursday, February 20.

However, even though he had not received a letter from Bareskrim Polri regarding the determination of the suspect, Yayat said that it should be done immediately to determine the executor of the temporary replacement for the village head.

"For administratively, to fill the vacancy in the village, PLTPlt must be appointed as the executor of the village head's duties," he said.

Later, Plt will determine to become the village head, namely the sub-district head in the area.

However, Yayat said, actually if the Kadesnya had problems, he admitted that the Village Secretary should have. However, for now the Village Secretary is also involved in a case handled by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. So the Camat is certain about this.

"For the rules, we (Tangerang Regency) Pltnya, the village secretary, if the village secretary is also involved or not, then they will be returned to the sub-district head to be appointed as Acting village head for a while," he said.

"So there must be a Plt because of the village service, the village office service must continue," he continued

Previously, Bareskrim Polri named four suspects in the alleged case of forgery of land certificates related to the sea fence in Tangerang Regency waters. One of them is the village head (Kades) Kohod, Arsin.

Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro stated that the determination of the suspect was based on the case title process carried out today. Based on evidence, the four people are believed to have committed criminal acts of deed forgery.

"Then, from the results of the case title, on this occasion we, all investigators and all the title participants, have agreed to determine the four suspects," Djuhandhani told reporters, Tuesday, February 18.

Apart from Arsin, three other suspects, namely the Kohod Village Secretary (Sekdes) with the initials UK and SP and CE as the recipients of power. They conspired to create and use fake letters to request the issuance of land certificates.

"The four of them have jointly made and used fake letters in the form of Girik, a Statement of Physical Control in the Land Sector, a Statement of Dispute, a Land Certificate, a Certificate of Testimony Statement, a Certificate Application Management Certificate from Kohod Villagers, and other documents made by the village head from December 2023 to November 2024," said Djuhandani.
