Residents Of Kohod Village Suspected Suspects Of SHM And HGB Tangerang Sea Cases Will Increase

TANGERANG - A resident of Kohod Village suspects that if the suspect in the case of falsifying the Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) and the Ownership Certificate (SHM) in the Tangerang Sea will increase.

Kohod Village Community Leader Aman Rizal suspects that other officials will be charged and named as suspects. He believes that if there are officials from the National Land Agency (BPN) who will be involved.

Moreover, the Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid has said that six employees were involved in the issuance of the certificate.

They are subject to severe sanctions in the form of dismissal from office, while two other employees are subject to severe sanctions.

"Because there will not be one SHGB if no one makes it and approves it for the request," Aman said when met in Alar Jiban Village, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, Wednesday, February 19.

Therefore, he really hopes that the Bareskrim Polri can uncover this case until the root of this problem is resolved. Because for him, if not for maximum action, new Arsins will emerge.

"(6 BPN Officials) are just administrative sanctions, yes, the criminal sanctions haven't been and we also have to be fair," he said

He also hopes that people who provide money or financiers can be arrested if all elements involved in accepting and conducting are also arrested.

"Because if it is not eradicated, it is not cleaned, I am sure. There will be, there is no deterrent effect, there is no deterrent effect that criminal behavior must be resolved like that," he said.

It is known that Bareskrim Polri has named four suspects. The 4th is the Arsin Village Head, Ujang Karta Village Secretary, SP and CE.

Even though the suspects have been named, until now the perpetrators have not been detained. Because there is still an in-depth investigation to determine the detention.
