Kohod Village Residents Wonder Why Arsin Village Head And Village Secretary Have Not Been Arrested After Suspect Status
TANGERANG - Residents of Kohod Village admitted that they were surprised why the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police did not arrest or detain the Village Head (Kades) Arsin and Village Secretary (Sekdes) Ujang Karta after the determination of the suspect status.
Community Leader, Aman Rizal, admitted that he was worried if the suspects from the Arsin Village Head and Ujang Karta Village Secretary fled or lost evidence.
"It is feared, fled and lost evidence, evidence if needed later," said Aman when met in Alar Jiban Village, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, Wednesday, February 19.
Therefore, he really hopes that the police will immediately arrest the village head and village secretary who have been named as suspects. Then they can take responsibility for their actions.
"We really hope that Bareskrim Polri will soon be arrested and detained," he said.
Regarding the whereabouts of the Arsin Village Head and Ujang Karta Village Secretary, Aman admitted that he did not know further. Because for him, he can't do much if the police haven't set a wanted list (DPO).
"Even if we know, we can't explain it to the public yet. Because I am in accordance with our mission in the event of a DPO, it will be easier for us to track it down," he said.

Previously, Bareskrim Polri named four suspects in the alleged case of forgery of land certificates related to the sea fence in Tangerang Regency waters. One of them is the village head (Kades) Kohod, Arsin.
Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro stated that the determination of the suspect was based on the case title process carried out today. Based on evidence, the four people are believed to have committed criminal acts of deed forgery.
"Then, from the results of the case title, on this occasion we, all investigators and all the title participants, have agreed to determine the four suspects," Djuhandhani told reporters, Tuesday, February 18.
Apart from Arsin, three other suspects, namely the Kohod Village Secretary (Sekdes) with the initials UK and SP and CE as the recipients of power. They conspired to create and use fake letters to request the issuance of land certificates.
"The four of them have jointly made and used fake letters in the form of Girik, a Statement of Physical Control in the Land Sector, a Statement of Dispute, a Land Certificate, a Certificate of Testimony Statement, a Certificate Application Management Certificate from Kohod Villagers, and other documents made by the village head from December 2023 to November 2024," said Djuhandani.
