Chronology Of Fariz RM's Arrest, Police Secure Evidence Of Methamphetamine And Marijuana

The South Jakarta Metro Police managed to secure evidence in a case involving musician Fariz RM. This arrest was made after the police received information and conducted further investigations.

"It is true that we have secured evidence in the form of marijuana and methamphetamine," said Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Andri Kurniawan when contacted, Wednesday, February 19.

Furthermore, AKBP Andri Kurniawan revealed that the arrest of Fariz RM was carried out in Bandung. This information clarifies the chronology of events being handled by the authorities.

"Arrested in Bandung," he said.

Previously, senior musician Fariz RM again dealt with the law after the police arrested him for a drug case. The news was confirmed directly by the police.

This is Fariz RM's fourth drug case after previously being arrested on October 28, 2007 due to possession of 1.5 roll of marijuana weighing 5 grams which is stored in cigarette packs.

Then, on January 6, 2015, Fariz was again arrested at his residence in Bintaro, South Tangerang, for possession of heroin and crystal methamphetamine.

Fariz RM was arrested for the third time on August 24, 2018 by the North Jakarta Police in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang. From this arrest, the police confiscated methamphetamine suction equipment and two packages of drugs packaged in plastic clips.
