Police Handled MBG Allegedly Undecent Who Caused Stomachache Students In Four Lawang South Sumatra
Four LAWANGs - Empat Lawang police officers, South Sumatra, are suspected of not being feasible in handling the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) case which makes a number of students have to receive treatment after consuming it.
"We investigated this case from MBG which was distributed to the two MBGs in Empat Lawang, yesterday Tuesday," said Empat Lawang Police Chief AKBP Abdul Aziz Septiadi in Empat Lawang, Antara, Wednesday, February 19.
He added that there were findings that the MBG menu was not suitable for consumption, and there were eight who had already eaten it and had to get treatment at the puskesmas due to stomach pain.
Previously, MBG in Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra was launched on the first day, Monday, February 17, 2025.
The launch was attended by Acting Regent Empat Lawang Fauzan Khoiri, Head of Empat Lawang Police AKBP Abdul Aziz Septiadi, Regional Secretary, Chairperson of DPRD Empat Lawang, Kajari Empat Lawang, Dandim 0405 Lahat, KA BNN Empat Lawang, Head of Tebing Tinggi, BGN Representative, Pondok 2 Leader Agrees with Empat Lawang (as the provider of MBG).
The schools that were the initial targets of this program included kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and high school. Among them, TK Aulia, SD Negeri 5, 7, and 8, SMP Negeri 1, SMA Negeri 1, and MAN 1 Tebing Tinggi, with a total distribution of 3,088 nutritious food packages that use the packaging of ratang statinlees.
On the first day of the MBG launch, Empat Lawang Police Chief AKBP Abdul Aziz Septiadi revealed that the launch of the Free Nutrition Food Program (MBG) took place until 10:00 WIB and was monitored in a safe and conducive condition.
