PKP Minister Announces Kemayoran Athlete's Wisma Tower For ASN And MBR Residential
JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait said the Kemayoran Athlete's Wisma tower for the residence of the state civil apparatus (ASN) and low-income people (MBR) is ready to be inaugurated.
"Those who are ready to be inaugurated are the three towers in Kemayoran that Wisma Atlet are ready to be inaugurated. Then the seven towers are ready in late April, so a total of 10 towers," said Maruarar when giving a press statement at the Presidential Palace complex in Jakarta, Tuesday, February 18, reported by ANTARA.
It is known that the revitalization of Wisma Atlet was carried out in Block D10 Kemayoran in seven towers as many as 5,494 units and Block C2 Pademangan with three towers with a capacity of 1,932 units.
Of the total 7,426 units that were revitalized, 1,932 units from Block C2 tower 8 and Block D10 towers 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 were planned to be used as housing for ASN and MBR.
In addition, Maruarar also conveyed the development of the housing development subsidy program for the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP).
Until now, he said, as many as 104 thousand subsidized housing units have been built, are being built, or have been handed over to the community.
The government, he said, also provides a number of incentives for low-income people, such as exemption from the Obtainment of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB), Free Value Added Tax (VAT) for property below IDR 2 billion, as well as exemption from the cost of Building Approval (PBG).
In the future, the Ministry of PKP will focus on the National Strategic Program (PSN) which covers about 30 points in Indonesia.
An area of about 7,700 hectares has been received from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) to support this program.
Maruarar said this program would be carried out across ministries, including coordination with the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto.
