Amad Diallo May Be Absent Until The End Of The Season
JAKARTA - Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has confirmed that star striker Amad Diallo is likely to be out until the end of the season after suffering a ligament injury during training.
Amory also agrees with the possibility of Manchester United's top scorer in the league this season.
"I think he (Amad) will miss until the end of the season, yes. There are seasons when things happen at the same time."
"Maybe we will find a new way to create a situation," the Portuguese coach told.
Amad uploaded a message of disappointment via social media on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
"Very disappointed to write this message at a crucial moment this season. Unfortunately, I will be out for a while due to injury."
"I will come back stronger than ever! It's time to support the players from outside. There's still a lot to play," wrote Amad Diallo.

Amad has emerged as one of the few players to stand out at Manchester United since being given a regular starting position by Amorim after the appointment of head coach in November 2024 to replace Erik ten Hag.
"We can confirm that Amad suffered an ankle injury during training which is expected to keep him out for several weeks," Manchester United said in a statement.
The former Atalanta young player signed a five-year contract in January 2025 as a reward for his performance.
However, his absence from injury means Manchester United must now rely on strikers who are not at their best, Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee, to score goals to keep them in domestic trophies and secure results to improve league positions.
