Son Of Victim Of Car Rental Boss Shooting Asks Defendant To Be Punished Partially

JAKARTA - The son of car rental boss Ilyas Abdurrahman who died in the shooting case at Rest Area KM45, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, namely Agam Muhammad Nasrudin and Rizky Agam Syahputra, asked the Jakarta Military Court II-08 Panel of Judges to sentence the fairest and commensurate sentences to the three defendants.

This was revealed by the child after giving information about the chronology of the car chase carried by three members of the Indonesian Navy from the Jakarta Military Oditurat II-07.

"I hope that the defendant gets the appropriate punishment, considering that he (the deceased) is also a breadwinner, religious guide, he is an extraordinary figure in the family. Instead, don't relax what the defendant has done," said witness 1 and son of Rental boss Agam Muhammad, quoted from ANTARA, Tuesday, February 18.

Agam said the defendant had shot his father who was a breadwinner. In fact, after shooting the defendant was still around and looking for his father's team who helped chase the defendant.

"This defendant is not just one person, because Defendant 1 shot, looking around looking for all of us, so we could all get hit if we don't secure ourselves," said Agam.

The same thing was said by witness 2 alias Agam's younger brother named Rizky Agam. Rizky admitted that he was hurt when he saw the defendant sadistically shooting his father while smoking.

"Just like my brother (Agam) was sentenced to the same punishment because he had deliberately lost someone's life," said Rizky.

"Secretically shooting my father while smoking. I am still hurt, sir, if I know my father, I may be ashamed to see his kindness," continued Rizky Agam.

The act of the perpetrator shooting his father at the Rest Area KM 45 Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, said Rizky, was also a heinous act.

"Nothing is comparable to losing my father, I am still hurt, sir, seeing the defendant one (Bambang Apri). Indiscriminately shooting my father while smoking," said Rizky.

On the same occasion, the defendant 1 shot the car rental boss that occurred at Rest Area KM45, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Jayanti, Tangerang Regency, Banten, last Thursday (2/1), Head Class (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo denied the witness' testimony about his treatment of shooting the victim while smoking.

"We object to witness 1's testimony which said we (kill/shoot) while smoking cigarettes. While in the car we were smoking but when we shot and got out of the car we didn't smoke noble cigarettes. But without us realizing it, our cigarettes were pinched, Your Honor. The situation at that time we panicked, Your Honor," explained Bambang.

"Thumb where? Stuck in your fingers? How do you smoke, huh, like this (while props pinching cigarettes). It's not tight, I also smoke like this. Objects while smoking, but carrying cigarettes. The real thing is holding it," replied Lieutenant Chief Judge Colonel Chk Arif Rachman.

Hearing Bambang's rebuttal, witness 1 Agam remained in the statement he had given at the beginning.

"Stay with the information, according to it, because there is evidence," said Agam.

This follow-up trial began at 09.10 WIB led by Lieutenant Chief Judge Colonel Chk Arif Rachman with Lieutenant Lieutenant Colonel Chk Nanang Subeni and Lieutenant Lieutenant Judge Colonel Chk Gatot Sumarjono.
