Bareskrim Polri Names Kohod Arsin Village Head And Village Secretary As Suspects For Forgery Of Documents
JAKARTA - Director of Tipidum Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro said that the Head of Kohod Arsin Village and Village Secretary (Sekdes) Kohod Ujang Karta had the status of suspects regarding the emergence of SHGB and SHM of the Tangerang sea.
Djuhandhani Rahardjo made this statement in a video received by VOI, Tuesday afternoon, February 18.
Djuhandhani also mentioned that there were two other suspects in this case, namely SP and CE as the recipients of power.
"Brother A as the Head of Kohod Village, brother of UK as the Secretary of the Kohod Village, brother SP as the recipient of the power of attorney, and brother CE as the recipient of the power of attorney, we have determined him as a suspect." said Djuhandhani Rahardjo, in the video recording.
Djuhandhani explained, in this case the village head of Kohod Arsin as the reported party made a fake letter that was printed and signed by himself.

Previously, the Head of Kohod Arsin Village was suspected of being involved in the issuance of Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB) and Ownership Certificates (SHM) in the sea of Tangerang Regency on behalf of a number of companies.
