As A Source Of Congestion, The Busway Separator On Slipi Is Repaired By Police Officers

The concrete separator of the Transjakarta bus next to the Slipi 2 Toll Gate (GT), West Jakarta, which was transverse and considered by residents to be a source of congestion, was finally repaired by the West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit (Satlantas) officers, Tuesday, February 18.

The concrete separator experienced a shift due to being hit by a vehicle. Due to the shift in concrete, part of the Trans Jakarta Bus lane was closed and caused traffic jams.

According to the West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit KBO, AKP Sudarmo, traffic personnel were immediately dispatched to return the separator to its original position to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles.

"We received a report regarding the separator that shifted and immediately followed up by tidying it up. This step was taken to make traffic run smoothly again and not hinder the Transjakarta bus lane," said AKP Sudarmo when confirmed, Tuesday, February 18.

The West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit also appealed to all motorists to remain careful and obey traffic signs.

The compensation process for the separator is running quickly and now the traffic flow around GT Slipi 2 has returned to normal. The flow of vehicles flows smoothly.
