Liverpool Announces Seasonal Ticket Price Freezement For 2025/2026
JAKARTA - Liverpool have confirmed that they will freeze the price of public admission tickets and seasonal tickets for next season.
This was done after supporters warned the Reds that clubs were at risk of forcing local and next-generation fans out.
Last month, a number of Liverpool support groups worked together to write an open letter to the club, warning that the increase in ticket prices threatened to kill The Kop. Ticket prices rose two percent ahead of this season.
A meeting was then held between the club and the support council to discuss ticket fees for next season. Liverpool have now confirmed that there will be no further price increases for the 2025/2026 season.
In addition to the same adult ticket price, junior tickets will also continue to be frozen at 9 pounds for the 10th season in a row. The price is the same as some local tickets, which have been available to those with Liverpool postal codes since the 2016/2017 season.

They warned the price hike could lead to a direct uprising in the near future.
Ahead of Liverpool's match against Manchester United last month, supporters of the two clubs united under the campaign slogan of the #StopExploitingLiyalty Football Supporters Association to protest price increases.
Meanwhile, frustration with ticket price hikes has been evident among fans across the Premier League, with Crystal Palace being the only top club not to raise prices for the season.
