DKI Provincial Government Will Welcome Pramono-Rano At The Betawi Bernuansa City Hall, Without Arak
Acting (Pj) Governor of DKI Jakarta Teguh Setyabudi said the DKI Provincial Government was preparing a welcoming ceremony for Pramono Anung and Rano Karno after being inaugurated as Governors and Deputy Governors of DKI Jakarta.
After being officially inaugurated at the Palace, Pramono-Rano will arrive at the DKI Jakarta City Hall to start work on the first day. The welcoming ceremony was enlivened with elements of abetawian.
However, Teguh emphasized that the DKI Provincial Government will not hold processions by involving crowds of people to welcome the new regional head.
"What is clear is that there is no delman procession. The reception is in front of the City Hall and Ali Sadikin Building. God willing, it will be there," said Teguh at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Central Jakarta, Monday, February 17.
On the other hand, the DKI Provincial Government is also making a traffic regulation scheme on the day of the inauguration of the regional head on February 20. It is estimated that hundreds of regional head pairs and their families will visit Jakarta.
"Until the 20s, the DKI Jakarta will be full of guests from the regions. Of course we support at least for smooth running. How is the flow, I have spoken to the Regional Secretary, for example Kadishub trying to manage it," said Teguh.
Previously, the Deputy Governor elected to DKI Jakarta, Rano Karno admitted that he and the elected Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, did not want to get a procession on the day of the inauguration.

Pramono and Doel will only undergo inauguration activities, handover of positions (sertijab), and the first speech at the DKI Jakarta DPRD plenary meeting on February 20.
"The Governor (Pramono) has said we don't need processions. Maybe later after the inauguration at the Palace, we will go to City Hall, which may have a certificate of language. After that, the plenary session at the DPRD. That's it. There is no need for a procession," said Doel at the Ministry of Home Affairs Office, Sunday, February 16.
On the first day of leading Jakarta after the inauguration, Doel admitted that he and Pramono would immediately work. He will gather all regional work units (SKPD) to synchronize work programs according to his campaign promises.
This follows up on the work of the Pramono-Rano transition team which has coordinated with SKPD so that the 100 working day program can run smoothly.
"So, all agencies understand the purpose and purpose of the Governor and what I am, what 100 working days are. If they can't follow, we just have to see the next evaluation," explained Doel.
