Investigate Bekasi Sea Pagar, Bareskrim Examines 10 Witnesses Including PT TRPN
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police continues to investigate the alleged criminal act of falsifying the deed of land for the sea fence in the Tarumajaya area, Bekasi, West Java. Most recently, 10 witnesses will be questioned regarding the case.
"Today we invite 10 people to clarify," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro to VOI, Monday, February 17.
Of the 10 witnesses, one of them is PT Tunas Ruang Pelabuhan Nusantara (TRPN). The company is the owner of the sea fence which immediately demolished when the case was in the spotlight.
Meanwhile, other witnesses were not presented in detail. It is only stated that they will be questioned with the capacity as witnesses.
"As a witness, including from TRPN," said Djuhandhani.
For the development of other investigations, it was found that 93 Ownership Certificates (SHM) were allegedly falsified.
This was revealed after the examination process of several witnesses, including the reporter, chairman and members of the former committee for the adjudication of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL), officials of the Bekasi Regency land office and employees at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of ATR BPN.
"The data and the fact that the alleged modus operandi carried out by the elements or perpetrators is to change the data for 93 SHM," he said.

The mode used in this case is different from the forgery that occurred in the Tangerang Regency area. The perpetrators are said to have changed the name of the rights holder, object, and location. In fact, the extensive data listed on the deed was also changed by the perpetrator.
"The forgery was carried out after the issuance of the original certificate in the name of the valid rights holder, then changed in such a way to the name of the new, illegal rights holder, following changes in the area data and location of the certificate object," said Djuhandhani.
Meanwhile, the sea fence stretches for three kilometers in the waters of Segarajaya Village, Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The width of the fence area is made of a line of bamboo sticks of about 70 meters.
