Indonesia Achieves The Title Of Champion In BAMTC After Daniel/Fikri Ensures 3-1 Over China

JAKARTA - Indonesia managed to get out with the title at the 2025 Asia Mixed Team Championship (BAMTC). This certainty was obtained through the victory won by the men's doubles with a score of 3-1.

Facing China in the final which was held in Qingdao on Sunday, February 16 afternoon WIB. Indonesian men's doubles represented by Daniel Marthin/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri successfully defeated Chen Xu Jun/Huang Di with a score of 21-15, 21-9.

At the beginning of the first game, Daniel/Fikri were left behind by Chen/Huang. However, this situation can be reversed through a fast game that was demonstrated until it successfully closed the first game interval with a score of 11-9.

Daniel/Fikri's appearance became even more violent after the interval. A solid defense allows Daniel/Fikri to continue to maintain their advantage and then close the first game with a score of 21-15.

Daniel/Fikri immediately took the 6-2 lead over Chen/Huang in the second game. Chen/Huang then had time to reduce the score to 6-8, but the situation did not last long because Daniel/Fikri again appeared fast to keep the lead 11-6 in the second interval.

Daniel/Fikri continue to gain points after the interval. This Indonesian men's doubles won three consecutive points and continued to put pressure on Cheng/Huang. Daniel/Fikri's quick game made it difficult for Chen/Huang to fall 8-18.

Daniel/Fikri's pace can no longer be blocked by the Chinese pair. Daniel/Fikri closed the second game with a score of 21-9 while ensuring Indonesia came out as the champion of BAMTC 2025.
