The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Calls The Investigation Of Reports Of Alleged Corruption That Dragged The Name Of Jampidsus Unobstacled
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said there were no obstacles in efforts to investigate reports of alleged corruption related to the auction of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) in the PT Asuransi Jiwasraya case. The process is still ongoing at the Directorate of Public Complaints Reports (PLPM).
This was conveyed by the KPK spokesman, Tessa Mahardhika, when asked about the follow-up to the report that dragged the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office, Febrie Adriansyah.
"Until now, I have not received any attention. However, it is still at the stage, the information is still at the Directorate of PLPM," said Tessa, quoted on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
Tessa said that currently no party has been asked for clarification regarding the Jampidsus report. However, she emphatically ensured that all reports submitted to the Anti-corruption Commission would be followed up.

The KSST (Civil Coalition Saves Mine) is known to have made a report related to allegations of corruption that dragged Febrie's name to the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) officials on Monday, May 27, 2024. It is suspected that there was a criminal incident in the auction of confiscated goods for corruption in the form of a package of shares of PT. GBU.
These shares were looted from the PT Jiwasraya insurance corruption case which was auctioned off by the AGO's Asset Recovery Center (PPA) on June 18, 2023 and won by PT Indobara Putra Mandiri (IUM).
The coalition consisting of community organizations, such as the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI), the Mining Advocacy Network (Jatam), Indonesia Police Watch (IPW), and legal practitioners, such as Deolipa Yumara, have also urged the KPK to investigate allegations of abuse of the authority of Jampidsus AGO Febrie Adriansyah.
"The limit price received Jampidsus approval from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, which allegedly resulted in at least Rp9 trillion in state losses, and caused the recovery of Jiwasraya's mega-corruption assets in the context of paying the obligation to replace the convict Heru Hidayat of Rp10,728 trillion to not be achieved," said Boyamin Saiman, MAKI Coordinator in his presentation at that time.
