TANGERANG Head of Kohod Arsin Village is suspected of being involved in the issuance of Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB) and Ownership Certificates (SHM) in the sea of Tangerang Regency on behalf of a number of companies. Receiving the accusation, Arsin claimed to be a victim.

"I want to say that I am also a victim of the actions committed by other parties," Arsin told reporters on Jalan Kali Baru, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, Friday, February 14.

Arsin admitted that it was due to a lack of knowledge so that he was trapped and signed these certificates.

"This happened as a result of my lack of knowledge and not being careful about what I did in Kohod Village," said Arsin.

Meanwhile, Arsin's attorney, Rendy, admitted that his client signed the certificate at sea in Tangerang Regency under pressure from third parties.

"The village head did sign, because there was pressure from a third party so that in the mode the certificate would be issued if the village head signed, something like that," he said.

Arsin said there were two people who urged him to sign the document, both with the initials SP and C.

"SP and C. The two of them are administrators, you could say the ones who are authorized as if residents are empowering these parties to carry out the sertifkat management process. You could say that," explained Arsin.

Arsin made the confession in a press conference held at his home on Jalan Kali Baru, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, Friday, February 14.
