Victims Of Fraudulent Investment EDCCash Ask The Prosecutor's Office Not To File Legal Efforts
JAKARTA - Victims of fraudulent investment EDCCash asked the Prosecutor's Office not to file a legal action again after the Bandung High Court decided to appeal the defendants, because they wanted their money back immediately.
"We hope that the Prosecutor's Office will no longer file legal remedies. We already feel that the decision in the high court is fair," said Mulyana, victim and chairman of the Mitra Bahagia Berkah Bersama Association, in Central Jakarta, Friday, February 14.
He said that what had been decided by the Bandung High Court had fulfilled a sense of justice for the victims of EDCCash fraudulent investments.
According to him, the most important thing for the victims is that their money can be returned even though it is not entirely, as long as all the legal processes that have been running can be submitted as soon as possible or have legal force.
Mulyana admitted that she was quite tired because she was in charge of a case that caused her and 500 other people to lose more than Rp600 billion.

"If we, the victims, want it to be completed quickly. And the defendant's assets can be sold immediately and then the proceeds are divided according to the provisions," he said.
Meanwhile, the attorneys of the victims who are members of the Mitra Bahagia Berkah Association with Mylanie Lubis said that all the victims of fraudulent investments have received a sense of justice.
In addition, said Mylanie, the victims had also reconciled with all the defendants because they had admitted their mistakes and wanted to return the loss by selling all their assets.
"Hopefully the prosecutor will end up here so that there will be no legal appeal. Because we are satisfied with the decision from the high court. Immediately resolve it so that the loss can be returned," he said.
