Print Local, Lintasarta And Coed AI Talents Presenting The AI Troops Program

Lintasarta, AI Factory from Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison again presented Laskar AI, a Lintaarta scholarship program in collaboration with Indonesian Decoding, to produce AI talents in the country.

Of the approximately 13,588 registrants, Lintasarta and Dicoding selected and finally selected 600 participants from students, lecturers, and professionals from all regions in Indonesia, to participate in this program.

"This is a strategic step and commitment from Lintaarta to innovate technology, as well as a form of our responsibility, which is also a real action for Indonesia," said Bayu Hanantisena at the Kick Off program Laskar AI on Thursday, February 13 in Jakarta.

Of the 600 participants, 547 selected participants were students from various higher education institutions, including ITB, UI, UGM, Unair, Unibraw, Telkom University, Unpad, IPB and Undip.

Meanwhile, 110 other participants are lecturers and professionals who come from various educational institutions such as UGM, ITB, ITS, Telkom University, as well as large national companies, both state-owned and private.

Through Laskar AI, Bayu added, Lintaarta believes Indonesia can achieve technological independence, which will create qualified young talents in the future, where technology will be more complex.

Meanwhile, Indonesia's Founder & CEO of Dicoding, Narendra Wicaksono, also believes that the collaboration with Lintaarta will present materials that are in line with industrial needs.

"The collaboration with the best partners in AI technology ensures that the program curriculum is relevant and in line with industrial development," Narendra said.
