The Finding Of The Human Head Makes A Geger Dusun Kedung Lempuk Jombang
The Jombang Resort Police, East Java, evacuated the findings of pieces of a human head found on the banks of the Konto River, Kedung Lempuk Hamlet, Pesantren Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency.
Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Jombang Police, AKP Margono Suhendra, said that his party received reports from residents regarding the findings of human head pieces. Officers then went to the location, checked and evacuated him and were taken to the hospital.
"Earlier there was information that it was found that one of the human heads that we are currently investigating. We are investigating and we will do an autopsy first," he said in Jombang, Wednesday, February 12, as reported by ANTARA.
His party has not been able to confirm that the newly found head cut has to do with the discovery of a headless corpse found in the rice fields penetang Dusun Mireng, Dukuharum Village, Megaluh District, Jombang Regency.
"We cannot confirm whether the head of the corpse was found for the first time or not. It is waiting for the autopsy results," he said.
He added that the human head cut was found by residents by the river. It is suspected that initially residents smelled an unpleasant odor and checked it, then found the human head cut.
When found, the human head cut had emitted an unpleasant odor, and there had even begun to beholders.
"It's full of loggers. We hope that the autopsy results can confirm whether it's really the head we found from the first body or not," he said.

Meanwhile, one of the volunteers who participated in evacuating the findings of the human head cut, Septian said that the head cut had already started decaying.
However, he also suspected that the cut was from a male figure even though the hair had started to come off.
"When found it had started to rot in the neck. I saw a guy earlier," he said.
Previously, residents in Mireng Hamlet, Dukuharum Village, Megaluh District, Jombang Regency, were surprised by the finding of pieces of a human body without a head. The body was in the rice field barrier.
When found, the body was no longer wearing clothes and there had started to be decays. The police suspect that the victim had died two days before being found by residents.
The police also appealed to residents to report immediately if they found any family members who could not be contacted. It can also help the police for the identification process.
