The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources Is Still Waiting For Sri Mulyani To Agree To The PNBP Budget To Build A Cisem-Dusem Pipeline
JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Yuliot Tanjung revealed that the construction of the Cirebon-Semarang (Cisem) Phase II and Dumai-Sei Mangkei (Dusem) natural gas pipelines worth IDR 4.24 trillion is still waiting for the budget sourced from Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for Mineral and Coal Mining Product Sales (PHT).
"There are still activities in the process of submitting a budget top-up revision from the sources of PNBP PHT Minerba funds worth IDR 4.24 trillion," said Yuliot in a working meeting with Commission XII DPR RI, Wednesday, February 12,
He detailed that the budget for the Cisem gas pipeline was budgeted at IDR 1.79 trillion while Dusem was IDR 2.43 trillion with a multi-year contract budget scheme.
"For the construction of the CISEM natural gas pipeline phase 2 amounting to Rp1.79 trillion and Dusem amounting to Rp2.43 trillion with a multi-year contract scheme," explained Yuliot.

Met after the Meeting, Yuliot said, the PNBP of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2024 was recorded at IDR 237 trillion and entered the state treasury which would then be re-submitted by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
"So the ESDM PNBP is around Rp. 237 trillion, some of which we can use again for the development of the Cisem gas network. PNBP entered the state treasury first, with the approval of the Minister of Finance to be reused. Its utilization in Cisem," said Yuliot.
