The Gang Of Robbers Of The Boss Of The Grocery Shop In Pati Was Arrested, Allegedly The Mastermind Of The Victim's Neighbor

Central Java (Central Java) Police arrested three members of a gang of robbers who owned a grocery store in Sukolilo, Pati Regency. This gang was allegedly headed by the victim's neighbor.

Director of the General Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Dwi Subagio said the gang of robbers took away Rp261 million in cash in the robbery incident that occurred on January 20, 2025.

He explained that the three robbers who were arrested were BW who were the masterminds of the robbery along with FR and AK.

"These three suspects are recidivist cases of theft and drug abuse," he said in Semarang, Wednesday, February 12, as reported by Antara.

According to him, the suspect BW had been planning a robbery at the house of the grocery store owner named Zuhdi Utsman for about 2 months.

He said the perpetrator had studied the victim's habits and monitored activities in carrying out financial transactions.

As for the mode of robbery carried out, he said, the perpetrators entered l and turned off the electrical panels in the house.

The perpetrator then threatened with a weapon and tied up the four occupants of the house that was satatronized.

"The perpetrator used a sharp weapon and a lighter in the form of a gun to scare the victim," he said.

In this action, the perpetrators took away Rp261 million which was planned to be deposited to pay for merchandise.

The money from the robbery was used by the perpetrators to meet their daily needs and have fun.

For their actions, the suspects were charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code concerning theft
